Day Of Coordination

Think of me as your behind-the-scenes best friend on wedding day. I’ll pull together a detailed timeline that keeps things moving seamlessly, take care of setting up your décor, and handle communication with all of your vendors. My goal is simple—you get to soak in every moment, laugh, dance, and celebrate with your favorite people, while I make sure everything else runs smoothly.

This is the ultimate stress-free, all-in package for couples who want to enjoy the journey—and the big day—without a single worry. I’ll handle everything: finding the perfect venue, booking vendors, managing the budget, designing the vibe, creating a seamless timeline, and making sure every detail is on point.

Basically, you get to sit back, pop the champagne, and watch your wedding vision come to life while I do all the heavy lifting. Your day will run smooth, feel effortless, and be absolutely unforgettable—for you and your guests.

  • Vendor research, recommendations, accompaniment to meetings, contract negotiations and ongoing communication with all vendors

  • Budget – Creation of realistic wedding budget, assistance with budget allocation and management
